Therapy for Trauma and Anxiety
Individual Therapy for Adults
My areas of specialization include: depression, anxiety, self-esteem, perfectionism, trauma and substance use. I also specialize in working with women and men who experience high functioning anxiety - those who may appear outwardly successful but struggle internally with stress, worry, and self-doubt.
I’ve worked extensively in the military, veteran and first responder communities as well as in substance use treatment programs, giving me a deep insight into the unique challenges in these areas.
My integrative approach focuses on helping understand the connection between your thoughts, feelings and behaviors, while fostering self-compassion along the way. I draw from a variety of therapeutic techniques, including mindfulness, parts work, self-compassion along with the evidence-based treatments listed below to create a personalized approach that best fits your needs.
